Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Payment processing is secured through Paypal – we don’t ever see your credit card information. Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours. Buyers within Washington state will be charged sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The clothing must be in its original condition (unwashed, not trimmed/hemmed).
Send an email to awear@forest2sea.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange and you’ll be given an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please include the RA number inside and on the outside of the package. Shipping on returns and exchanges is free, there’s no cost to you and no risk if you’re not happy with what you purchased.
For refunds, once we receive your item in original condition, we will process your refund through PayPal. Depending on your bank or credit card, please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to show up.
If there is a defect, please contact us immediately for an exchange.

Shipping

Shipping Times

Apparel will be prepped and shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.

Within the United States:

Apparel is shipped USPS First Class Mail® or Priority Mail® with tracking. You will receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number.

Outside the United States:

We ship via USPS First Class Package International. You will receive an email confirming shipment with a customs form number that can be used for limited tracking. Note: Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or delays in customs.
If your apparel is damaged in shipping or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will arrange for an immediate replacement.
